Engineered Line Breakers

Main components

Our engineered Line Breakers are based on the ILB24-AF model and assembled in-house to ensure Val Controls' high standards of quality.

Each unit includes three main components:

  • ILB24-AF
  • Terminal Box
  • Line Bushing

All components are individually IECEx and ATEX certified, meeting relevant IECEx and ATEX standards.

Component 1

ILB24-AF

The ILB24-AF Line Breaker is constructed from SS316L cast material and carries certifications from IECEx and ATEX.

Component 2

Terminal box

Horizontal mounted Ex terminal box.

Component 3

Line bushing

The ILB24-AF and terminal box is connected with a Ex certified line bushing to ensure a secure and reliable connection.
