Product details

The IDC24-AFL is a diagnostic controller manufactured in SS316L housing material that offers an efficient and straightforward method for conducting partial- and full-stroke tests, as well as monitoring and diagnosing critical valve systems.

The controller is ATEX and IECEx certified and compatible with all types of valve systems, including 1oo1, 2oo2, 2oo2, and HIPPS systems.

It features a local user interface for configuring and controlling the valve system, along with indicator LEDs to display its status. When in use and opening the explosion-proof enclosure is not feasible, the IDC24 can be controlled through MTcontrol.

Communication options for this unit include 4-20mA – HART transmitter loop, Modbus, and Foundation Fieldbus.

The controller is compatible with both hydraulic and pneumatic systems and a pressure transmitter compatible with both actuator types can be fitted to the controller.

This model comes with a Local Control Panel with buttons to start Partial Stroke test and lamps that indicate the valve status.
